Terms of Service

These terms govern company access to China Sourcing OS, a managed sourcing workspace with subscription billing, usage limits, and optional tenant provisioning.

Subscription Access

A company workspace becomes available after subscription checkout, trial activation, or manual approval. Access may be limited, suspended, or canceled when payment fails, usage limits are exceeded, or the workspace is misused.

Company Responsibilities

• Keep billing, company, user, and contact information accurate.
• Use the workspace only for lawful sourcing, procurement, logistics, and related business operations.
• Do not upload malicious files, illegal content, or data you are not allowed to process.

Plans and Limits

Each plan includes limits for users, storage, AI usage, documents, emails, features, and support. We may warn, block, or require an upgrade when limits are reached.

Service Changes

We may improve, replace, or discontinue individual features while preserving reasonable access to subscribed core services.
